Bradford and Amanda were phenomenal with helping me this morning. My fiancé proposed in July, and unfortunately I have had quite a few smaller side stones go missing. I was even afraid to have my ring resized because I knew that would make the problem worse. This was my third time bringing it in for repairs. They made a couple calls and decided it was time to send my ring back defective and give me a new one on the spot - all free of charge with their protection plan. They were going to get my ring from a different location, but Amanda ended up finding that they had another ring in stock that was even a quarter size smaller - eliminating my need to get it resized. They also educated me that my band is a higher risk of losing side stones just because it only has prongs securing the stones from the side, and not top/bottom, which I didn’t realize! They were both compassionate, friendly and professional. Despite having to bring my ring in for multiple repairs, all of the associates I have interacted with here have been outstanding.
